President Donald Trump has done a wonderful job raising his daughter Ivanka Trump.
Her acts show how well taught and educated she is.
Recently, she shared a heartwarming photo that showed exactly that.
Reportedly, she wanted to signify the importance of the beginning of Purim (which is around 2,500 years old Jewish holiday) by sharing a photo of her, accompanied by her children. They were baking hamentashen (which can be translated to “Haman’s ears”) and they are filled with fruits such as prune.
Together with the photo, she wrote: “After-school fun making hamentashen for Purim with Arabella and Joseph.”
This is one of the rare moments where she spoke about her beliefs and faith. Back in 2009, before she married Jared Kushner, she converted to Judaism.
Even though she believes that faith is a private matter, she spoke about it during an interview with Vogue Magazine.
“I always shied away from it being a public conversation because it’s such a personal thing… We’re pretty observant, more than some, less than others. I just feel like it’s such an intimate thing for us… It’s been such a great life decision for me. I am very modern, but I’m also a very traditional person, and I think that’s an interesting juxtaposition in how I was raised as well,” she said.
Ivanka and her family are Orthodox Jews and they believe that the most important thing is to spend time with your family. They decided to take a break from work from Friday to Saturday and spend some lovely time together.
She stated: “It’s an amazing thing when you’re so connected, to really sign off. We don’t do anything except play with each other, hang out with one another, go on walks together. Pure family.”
Many people admire the entire Trump family. Aside from their success in politics, they are all religious and very connected to their family.
